Vegan - going, going, gone...

So Munch comes home from school after a Sparx Talk - inspirational talks from adults about their passions - and announces she's going vegan. I worked out that I've been vegetarian for 30 years, and it is my daughter that finally pushes me to take the extra step. Some careful planning and shopping decisions to be made, my old DMs to get rid of (*sniff*) and a commitment to try to eliminate animal products entirely. Anyone who knows me will be thinking 'but, cheese?' and I'm inclined to agree. We shall see....
