It was going to be the last ride with some colleagues who are moving on this year. My last ride before a trip to the US and then France for the summer. Bugger!

OK, so 'authoring' got dropped. I'm going to recount the trials and tribulations of cycling for a while. This doesn't mean the vegetarian angst gets forgotten, nor the authoring dream... But I may add more by way of fitness and nutrition stuff.
